Ordering

Placing an order is simple. Visit our menu page, browse our selection, and click Add to Cart on any item you'd like. When you're ready, hit Order Now and you'll be guided through the checkout process.

Alternatively, you can call us directly at +1 506-262-8237 or email [email protected] and a team member will be happy to take your order.

You may modify or cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, provided preparation has not yet begun. To request a change, contact us immediately at +1 506-262-8237.

Once your order has entered preparation, modifications may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Yes, there is a minimum order of $25 CAD for standard delivery orders. For pickup orders, there is no minimum requirement.

For catering or bulk orders, please reach out directly so we can tailor a solution for your needs.

Delivery

Scotia Connect currently delivers throughout the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Vaughan, and Richmond Hill. We are continually expanding our delivery coverage across Canada.

Standard delivery times are typically 30–60 minutes depending on your location, order complexity, and current demand. During peak hours (lunch and dinner service), delivery may take slightly longer.

You will receive an estimated delivery time when your order is confirmed. If you have not received your order within the estimated window, please contact us.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from our location and the size of your order. Typical fees range from $3.99 to $7.99 CAD.

  • Orders over $60 CAD — free delivery within our standard zone
  • Extended delivery zones may carry a higher fee
  • The exact fee is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order
Payments

We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (credit & debit)
  • Interac e-Transfer
  • Cash on delivery (select local zones only)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (via online checkout)

All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

If you experience an issue with your order — incorrect items, quality concerns, or a failed delivery — please contact us within 24 hours of your order date.

Menu & Food

We offer a variety of options for customers with dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-aware, and nut-free selections. Each menu item on our menu page includes dietary icons and ingredient notes.

If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before ordering so we can advise on the safest options for you. Our kitchen handles common allergens and cannot fully guarantee cross-contamination avoidance.

Many of our menu items allow for customisations such as choosing your sauce, protein, portion size, or side. These options are presented during the ordering process.

For special requests not covered by the standard options, add a note in the Special Instructions field at checkout and our team will do their best to accommodate.

Yes — Scotia Connect offers full catering services for corporate events, private gatherings, and special occasions. Our catering packages are fully customisable and can accommodate groups of all sizes.

To discuss your event and receive a tailored quote, please contact us with your event date, expected guest count, and any dietary requirements. We recommend booking at least 5 business days in advance.

Account

You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account through the scotiaconnect platform lets you:

  • Track your order history
  • Save delivery addresses and payment preferences
  • Access exclusive member promotions
  • Earn loyalty points on every order

Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

If you continue to experience issues, contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll assist you promptly.

Logged-in members can access their full order history by navigating to My Account → Order History. Each order entry includes itemised details, the total amount paid, delivery status, and the option to reorder with one click.

Guest orders are not stored. If you need a receipt for a guest order, please email us with your name, order date, and approximate total.

To request account deletion, please email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 5 business days and confirm once complete.

Please note that account deletion is permanent and your order history and loyalty points cannot be recovered. Review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled.
