Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your confirmed address. Peak-hour surcharges may apply on weekends between 6 PM and 9 PM. All prices listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Delivery Policies
We want every Scotia Connect delivery experience to be seamless. Please review our key delivery policies below so you know exactly what to expect.
Late or Missed Delivery
If your order has not arrived within 20 minutes past the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and arrange a resolution including re-delivery or a full credit to your account.
Order Modifications
Orders may be modified up to 5 minutes after placement. After that, the kitchen begins preparation and changes cannot be accommodated. Contact us via phone or email for urgent modifications.
Contactless Delivery
Contactless delivery is available at no extra charge. Select this option at checkout and your order will be placed at your door with a notification sent to your email.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before confirming. Scotia Connect is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Packaging & Freshness
All orders are packaged in insulated, tamper-evident containers to preserve temperature and freshness. Hot and cold items are packaged separately for optimal quality upon arrival.
